It should be called Rob's Great Food because the food is so amazing, Rob has to be one of the nicest guys i've ever met, i've been going to Rob's for about a year it's one of my favourite places and i recommend it to everyone i know. Rob is such a kind, friendly and genuine person, half the time i go to pick up food i end up talking to him well over an hour, he treats his customers like family! his chicken pot pie is to die for the buttery flakey crust literally melts in your mouth, his stews are next level the flavour is so rich best stew/soup i've ever had. Rob also gave me some Greek olive oil that i now use in all my cooking best olive oil i've ever had/cooked with , he also does catering which i highly recommend!
The best food ever!! The quality of the food, the obvious precision of his recipes, his passion, expertise, and just his superior taste in everything is what I think makes Rob’s Good Food so special! I tried many things here, from their soups, tarts, cookies, spinach pie, and even got their roast beef meal catered for our holiday office party…and it was all just sooo perfect and flavourful! I just go in and blindly try new things at their store, knowing that whatever I buy from here will be delicious….and it always is! Their food and menu selection is definitely unlike others I have found in Toronto. You will be pleasantly surprised by the discoveries you make here. I would highly recommend everyone to try this place out!
Popped in this Sunday and I am so glad we did!!! Rob is so nice and his food is amazing. We purchased a butter chicken and veg pie for dinner and they were absolutely lovely. The pecan butter tart was amazing as well. So glad we found this place and definitely plan to be back.
Rob absolutely saved the day when I got sick the week before Thanksgiving and he took my order even though it came after his deadline. We had all three of the entrée offerings and the roasted veggies and mashed potatoes. Everything was so delicious! His home preparation instructions we're perfect and easy and we had enough for 2 meals. He even fixed a last minute pumpkin pie craving of mine. We'll definitely be back!
Tried the in house smoked salmon, and it was delicious and so fresh! They have a wide variety of baked goods that are also amazing.
Rob makes some great pastries. I got some butter tarts from him and they were amazing. Can't wait to try some more.

Rob's being modest calling his business "Rob's Good Food"; it should rightly be "Rob's Great Food"! Everything is fresh, delicious, and made with evident care. Make sure you get added to Rob's email list so you don't miss out on Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter meals, with all the trimmings, and all you have to do is heat them up. Way more pleasant than having to toil away in a kitchen, and once you have a holiday dinner cooked by Rob I bet you'll never go back to doing it yourself! Thanks Rob!
We found Robs Good Food on the last day of our vacation back in August. We were looking for Coconut Cream Pie, unfortunately Rob had none when we arrived but, WIW, we got the most amazing tasting tarts and cookies and an amazing Apple Pie for my sister. We chatted for ages with Rob and he told us about his visit to Ireland where we are from. Such a lovely man who took time from his busy day to chat with us. I bought some of his amazing to die for Maple BBQ sauce, I could drink this by the bucket. I could not recommend Robs Good Food enough and I only wish I lived beside it. Amazing. See you on our next visit.
We came there for the first time today. We buy sausage rolls. Those were amazing to say the least! My picky kids fought over the rolls who will get the bigger bite! We loved it very much! We will definitely come back to try more of this amazing food!
